By accessing or using thee-epp.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use the Site.

2. About the Services
Thee EP Project offers individual therapy, 1:1 coaching, and group coaching services facilitated by Kyra, a licensed therapist and coach. Services are designed to support emotional clarity and healing for women.
The services provided are not a substitute for emergency mental health care. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

3. Not a Crisis Service
This Site and its services are not equipped to provide crisis intervention. By using this Site, you acknowledge that:
thee-epp.com is not a 24/7 crisis support service.
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, you should contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or emergency services.
Coaching services are not therapy and do not constitute a therapeutic relationship.

4. Therapy vs. Coaching Distinction
Therapy services are clinical in nature and governed by applicable state licensing laws in Pennsylvania. Coaching services are not clinical and do not involve diagnosis, treatment, or the practice of psychotherapy. Clients are responsible for determining which service is appropriate for their needs.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable materials — is the property of Thee EP Project and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
